The part works fine. You get what you pay for. Not as sturdy as the original part, but it works fine. Though, I wouldn't buy a part from this seller again. I paid for expedited shipping and they sent it standard USPS, so I was without an oven for 1 week. Very tough for a family of 5. Their customer service reps are rude and were unwilling to refund the difference paid for expedited shipping. If you send more than 1 email insisting on a refund, they send you the same auto-response as the one before and ignore any further correspondence. Not professional!

I purchased this product because my Tappan oven died 2 years after purchase. This was a perfect fit and much cheaper than getting a repair guy to come and do the same thing I did!

Not an exact match for my oven - but works fine. If the tabs on the end would completely cover the access holes it would be perfect,
All in all - installation was easy and took only 10 minutes,
